To decode the note which was NOT base 32 I used the single letter "O" which appeared twice Multiple possibilities of single letters like: "A", "U", "F" and then I found the right one, "I" (edited)

By knowing that O (encrypted) corresponded to I (decrypted) I could find the rest of the letters and decode the mssg
